Ticket Policy

These are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid. VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event.

All items will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Bayside's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Bayside and Shofetti are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
