Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP Packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS! Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via Ticketmaster.

VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days prior to the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue at least an hour to two hours before doors open to the public.

If you miss the VIP session or you miss the show entirely, Taylor Acorn and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing your items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED!
